FAQs
What’s the actual process, how do I to create my own lampshade?
We start by exploring your ideas, inspiration and requirements, via a video call or in person if possible. We also discuss fabric, size and shape and you choose the options that will work for you.
After our meeting, I will make a sample test design and send to you a PDF to check you are fully happy. Any changes are required these will be made.
When you’re happy the full-size fabric design is made and your lampshade constructed.
How long will it take?
It depends on what you want. Once the design is complete it usually takes 4 working days to make your lampshade ready for dispatch. It will be sent via 48 hour courier in UK.
If you have a deadline, let me know and I will be honest about whether I can make it.
How much will it cost?
It depends on what you’re looking for. A new design takes time to produce and I can give a quote for your bespoke shade when I have know what you want.
A cost effective option is to adapt an existing studio design.
Do you accept returns for bespoke lampshades?
Sorry, I can’t accept returns for bespoke commissions.
